505			_tRESUMEN: el propósito de este estudio, fue evaluar la capacidad de conformación del conducto con limas únicas, WaveOne Gold, Reciproc Blue y XP Endo-Shaper, usando CBCT y reconstrucción 3D, en la evaluación de volumen, centricidad y transportación; en premolares humanos in vivo. Método: 30 dientes premolares inferiores distribuidos en 3 grupos aleatorios sometidos a preparación biomecánica con los sistemas WaveOne Gold, Reciproc Blue y XP Endo-Shaper. Fueron escaneados antes y después de la instrumentación usando CBCT scanner y reconstruidos en 3D evaluando la transportación del canal, cambio de volumen y centricidad en cada grupo. El análisis estadístico se realizó con el test de ANOVA , Tukey HSD, Kruskal-Wallis.Resultado: Reciproc Blue fue el que produjo mayor cambio volumétrico en el canal, seguido del sistema WaveOne Gold. El sistema que eliminó menor volumen de dentina fue XP Endo Shaper. Reciproc Blue se mantuvo más centrada en el conducto en todos los niveles y la XP EndoShaper se centró menos. En los primeros 3 mm la que más transportó fue la XP EndoShaper, mientras para el resto de niveles Reciproc Blue generó más transportación. La lima WaveOne Gold mantuvo un comportamiento intermedio entre ambas limas. Conclusiones: Reciproc Blue removió mayor volumen de dentina manteniendo mejor capacidad de centrado del conducto, El sistema XP Endo shaper produjo mayor transportación a nivel del tercio apical. La lima WaveOne Gold mantuvo un comportamiento intermedio entre ambas limas _tABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the conformation capacity of the canal with single files, WaveOne Gold, Reciproc Blue and XP Endo-Shaper, using CBCT and 3D reconstruction, in the evaluation of volume, centricity, and transportation in human premolars in vivo. Method: 30 lower premolar teeth distributed in 3 random groups subjected to biomechanical preparation with the WaveOne Gold, Reciproc Blue, and XP Endo-Shaper systems.They were scanned before and after the instrumentation using CBCT scanner and reconstructed in 3D evaluating the transportation of the root canal, change of volume and centricity in each group. The statistical analysis was performed with the ANOVA test, Tukey HSD, Kruskal-Wallis. Result: Reciproc Blue was the one that produced the most significant volumetric change in the root canal, followed by the WaveOne Gold system. The system that eliminated the lowest volume of dentin was XP Endo Shaper. Reciproc Blue remained more focused on the canal at all levels while the XP EndoShaper focused less. In the first 3 mm, the one that transported the most was the XP EndoShaper, while for the rest of the levels, the one that generated the most transportation was Reciproc Blue. The WaveOne Gold file maintained an intermediate behavior between both files. Conclusions: Reciproc Blue removed a higher volume of dentin maintaining better-centering capacity of the canal, XP Endo Shaper system produced more transportation at the third apical level.
